Eco-extraction, fractionnement et caractérisation phytochimique des molécules bioactives

objectif 1

Objectifs

(i) Sélection des PAM les plus riches en molécules d’intérêt ;
(ii) Eco-extraction des molécules d’intérêt par des solvants verts et des techniques innovantes ;
(iii) Fractionnement et caractérisation phytochimique.

Propriétés pharmacologiques des phyto-molécules et détermination de leurs mécanismes d’action

objectif 1

Objectifs

(i) Investigation des activités biologiques in vitro ;
(ii) Etude des propriétés pharmacologiques des molécules bioactives sur cellules isolées et détermination de leurs mécanismes d’action ;
(iii) Exploration des activités biologiques in vivo et étude de la toxicité.

Optimisation de la culture des PAM en vue de la production des composés bioactifs

objectif 1

Objectifs

(i) Etude des effets des contraintes abiotiques et/ou biotiques sur la biosynthèse des molécules bioactives des PAM Tunisiennes ;
(ii) Etude de l’activité des enzymes impliquées dans la voie de biosynthèse des métabolites secondaires notamment la voie des phénylpropanoïdes comme la phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, la tyrosine ammonia-lyase, la shikimate kinase et la shikimate déshydrogénase ;
(iii) Domestication des PAM les plus prometteuses en vue leurs préservation et valorisation.

Valorisation des PAM et de leurs molécules d'intérêts pour l'industrie

objectif 1

Objectifs

(i) Optimisation des conditions de séparation développées à petite échelle ;
(ii) Optimisation des systèmes de solvants pour les procédures de séparation, d’isolement et de purification des molécules;
(iii) Elaboration d’une fiche technique pour les molécules et les fractions obtenues ;
(iv) Recherche de biopolymères comme agent d'enrobage (agent filmogène) et préparation et caractérisation du biofilm
(v) Enrobage des produits alimentaires ou autres par les biofilms ;
(vi) Optimisation des étapes d'encapsulation/microencapsulation ;
(vii) Développement de procédés de production de comprimés ;
(viii) Etude de la stabilité des microparticules encapsulées ;
(ix) Essai d’analyses sensorielles, essais et tests d’efficacité et de toxicité.
